1. About these terms
These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and need no signature. By using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it. The website is operated by CyberMetric Labs LLP.
2. Information only
This website describes our solutions and services. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and features, availability and plans may change. Solutions are sold only under a signed order and agreement.
Screens shown on this website use demonstration data, not customer data.
3. Not legal advice
Content here, including about the DPDPA, is general information, not legal advice. Our software helps you organise and evidence compliance work; it does not by itself make an organisation compliant. Speak to a qualified lawyer about your obligations.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, disrupt it, scrape it at a harmful rate, introduce malicious code, or use it unlawfully.
5. Intellectual property
The website, the CyberMetric name and logo, solution names, text, designs and software are owned by CyberMetric Labs LLP or its licensors. You may view and share links to the pages for lawful, non-commercial reference. Other use needs our written permission.
6. Your messages
Anything you send us is handled under the Privacy Notice. Please do not send confidential or personal data in an initial enquiry beyond what is needed for us to reply.
7. Third-party links
We are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites we may link to.
8. Warranties and liability
The website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other mandatory law.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights you have, the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact us first at reachout@cybermetriclabs.com and we will try in good faith to resolve any concern.
